Metro Manila (Select Areas): For deliveries within specific, primary Metro Manila areas, we partner with Lalamove to handle the delivery of your parcel. This often allows for more flexible and personalized delivery service.

Provincial & Other Metro Manila Areas: For deliveries outside the primary Metro Manila Lalamove coverage (including areas such as Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan, as well as all provincial destinations), we utilize J&T Express. J&T Express is our chosen partner for reliable and timely deliveries across the rest of the country.
2. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
Your journey to wellness begins with our careful preparation of your order. Here are our estimated timelines:

Standard Metro Manila Delivery: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and delivered from the date of your purchase.

Standard Provincial Delivery: For deliveries to provincial areas, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered from the date of your purchase.

Pre-order Items: If your order includes any pre-order items, please note that these have an extended processing and delivery time. Kindly allow 15 business days from the order date. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare these special items for you.
Please note: All delivery times are estimates and apply to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. International Shipping Policy
While our website's automated system is currently limited in directly accommodating international orders, we are committed to reaching our global community where possible.

For Clients in Macau and Hong Kong: Good news! We have a dedicated partner in these regions. If you wish to place an order for delivery to Macau or Hong Kong, our team will process your request manually through our local partner. For All Other International Destinations: As of May 26, 2025, we are not accepting direct international orders to other countries until further notice. 4. Missing Items or Multiple Parcels in an Order
For substantial orders, we sometimes divide the items into two or more separate parcels to ensure their safe and efficient delivery. As a result, your complete order may be shipped with multiple tracking numbers, meaning you might receive separate parcels at different times and dates.
If your item is missing and you haven't received any notification about multiple parcels, or if this situation doesn't apply to your order, please don't hesitate to contact our Support team immediately. We're here to help track down your package and ensure you receive everything you ordered.

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your HER® products reach you, wherever you are in the Philippines.

- We primarily use Lalamove for faster, same-day, or next-day deliveries within specific serviceable areas of Metro Manila. Eligibility for Lalamove delivery will be determined at checkout based on your shipping address.

For Provincial Areas & Other Metro Manila Areas:
- We use J&T Express for deliveries to provincial regions and other areas within Metro Manila not covered by Lalamove.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard Orders (Metro Manila & Provincial): Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility.

Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, please anticipate a longer processing and fulfillment period of 15 business days from the date of your order. Specific timelines for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Currently, direct international orders are not accepted through our website. However, we understand the global demand for HER® products.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
5. Missing Items in an Order
For larger or multi-item orders, it is possible that your items may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive with different tracking numbers or on different days. This is done to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery of all your products.
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please first check your tracking information for any indication of multiple parcels. If your tracking indicates all items have been delivered and you are still missing a product, please contact us immediately.
