HER® Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Our Quality Promise: Damaged or Compromised Items

Your trust is paramount. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your HER® product arrives in a less than perfect state, we are here to make it right.

Eligible Reasons for Immediate Return/Replacement:

We will gladly facilitate a return or replacement if your item exhibits any of the following issues upon arrival and immediate inspection (within 24-48 hours of receipt):

  • Bottle is Visibly Tampered: The product packaging or bottle shows clear signs of being opened, altered, or breached before you opened it.
  • Bottle is Broken or Damaged: The product bottle or container is cracked, shattered, or otherwise damaged, rendering the product unusable.
  • Safety Seal/Inserts Are Open or Compromised: The internal safety seal, cap seal, or any protective inserts are found to be broken, unsealed, or previously opened upon your initial receipt of the product.
  • Bottle is Opened Upon Receipt: The product bottle itself is found to be open when you first receive and unpackage your order (this does not apply to products opened after initial inspection and use).
  • Defective or Wrong Item Received: If the item is defective or you received an incorrect item.

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged, tampered, or opened product, along with its original packaging and the shipping label.

We will evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund.


2. General Returns (7-Day Policy)

For all other return inquiries, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for General Returns:

To be eligible for a general return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Sealed and unopened (this applies to the product's outer packaging and inner safety seals).
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (which can be found via your order confirmation email).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or for hygiene reasons:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods that have been opened or used (e.g., beauty products, supplements where the seal is broken).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a General Return

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
