Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

We will gladly facilitate a return or replacement if your HER® product exhibits any of the following issues upon arrival and immediate inspection:

  • Bottle is Visibly Tampered: The product packaging or bottle shows clear signs of being opened, altered, or breached before you opened it.
  • Bottle is Broken or Damaged: The product bottle or container is cracked, shattered, or otherwise damaged, rendering the product unusable.
  • Safety Seal/Inserts Are Open or Compromised: The internal safety seal, cap seal, or any protective inserts are found to be broken, unsealed, or previously opened upon your initial receipt of the product.
  • Bottle is Opened Upon Receipt: The product bottle itself is found to be open when you first receive and unpackage your order (not after initial use).

Important Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth and prompt resolution, please note the following conditions for reporting eligible returns:

  • Immediate Reporting: Issues must be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. This allows us to investigate the matter effectively.
  • Proof Required: We require clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged, tampered, or opened product, along with its original packaging and the shipping label. This helps us verify the claim and improve our delivery processes.
  • Original Packaging: Please retain the product in its original packaging (box, protective materials) if possible, until our team provides further instructions.
