What Shipping Types Do You Have?
We've partnered with reliable services to ensure your HER® package arrives securely:
- Metro Manila (Select Areas): For deliveries within specific Metro Manila areas, we partner with Lalamove to personally handle the delivery of your parcel.
- Provincial & Other Metro Manila Areas: For deliveries outside the primary Metro Manila coverage (including Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan), we partner with J&T Express to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your parcel.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Processed and Delivered?
Your journey to glowing deeper begins with swift processing. Here are our estimated timelines:
- Standard Metro Manila: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and delivered from the date of purchase.
- Standard Provincial: For deliveries outside Metro Manila, please allow 3-7 business days from the order date.
- Pre-order Items (soon): If your order includes pre-order items, please note that these have an extended processing time of 7-15 business days from the order date. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare these special items.
Do You Ship Internationally?
While our website's automated system is currently limited in accommodating direct international orders, we are committed to reaching our global community.
Good news for our clients in Macau and Hong Kong! We have a dedicated partner in these regions. If you wish to place an order for delivery to Macau or Hong Kong, you may refer to our Macau, Hong Kong Partner.

My Item Is Missing. What Should I Do?
If your item is missing and you haven't received any notification about your parcel/s please don't hesitate to contact our Support team immediately. We're here to help track down your package and ensure you receive everything you ordered.
