What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
At HER®, we strive to make your checkout experience convenient and secure. We accept a wide range of payment options, including:
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.
- E-Wallets: Popular digital payment solutions for quick and easy transactions.
- Online Banking: Direct payments through your preferred bank.
Can I Amend or Cancel My Order?
We understand that sometimes changes are needed! However, once an order has been placed in our system, we're generally unable to make any amendments to it. Our packing process begins very quickly after an order is confirmed to ensure swift delivery, which means we cannot add items of an existing order.
If you need to make a change, we can cancel your current order so you can place a new one with the correct items. Once the cancellation is processed, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do! For the convenience of our valued clients, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please note that COD is available exclusively for customers who have a record of purchase with HER® within the last three (3) months.
An additional P60 COD fee will be applied to your order total when selecting this payment method.
Do you provide Official Receipts?
Yes, we do! We are happy to provide an Official Receipt (O.R.) for your purchase, and it will be included with your package.
If you do not require an Official Receipt, you can simply indicate "NO NEED FOR O.R." in the notes section during checkout.
